 The Motherland Calls - is a statue in Mamayev Kurgan in Volgograd, Russia.

Looks incredibly

In the head of a statue there is an observation deck, but it was terrible to us to rise there. Therefore we admired a statue from below. 

P. S. from below it seems that her scarf just about will fall and will crush us.
