Moved to Barcelona
This one goes out to those who dream to pack and go somewhere else. Just this act of taking some stuff and seeing how it will be to start somewhere else.
I'll let you in on a secret..... It's not hard at all.
It's not hard, people are nice, places are open, when you go at it with your full intention things happen. People let you in, cities open themselves to you, as if it's by chance or magic.
But it's not by chance.... The thing is that when you take a chance on something truly you become more open, at least by your own standards, and people react to that.
Same goes for a new place, a city. If you actually get to that point where you pack a bag take the ride and get to a new place, everything that happens next is actually much easier than how you imagined it sitting on your fat couch at home.
Plus you get those new place vibes, everything is new, that corner shop, this mountain, the way the stairs look like and the bus stations, it's all new and it feels like your washing your eyes with cold water. That new city vibe..
It's not the first time I do this, kind of improvising a move to a place that excites me, i've been before in Berlin and after that Jerusalem and then Italy.
Traveling is my favourite thing to do and i've realised there's another form of traveling, it is not with a backpack and a pocket guide book and it is not to reminisce about or prove to other people how many things you know about a certain place, it's about owning a city. Making it your own. Liking the architecture so much that you want to feel local about it. Getting familiar with the food, learning a language. This is a whole different game... and it's the best one;)
Beautiful pictures. Interesting compositions. I liked the one with the buildings and the sunset, the most. Keep ON!

Awesome!
I'm planning on moving to Berlin in 2 years.
Amazing!
This is great @onnkidu. Lovely pictures. When did you move to Barcelona? It's been a dream of mine to travel there someday. Something just calls me to that place, as well as México. Are you planning on staying for a few years or will you just wing it? Upvoted!
