Lake Skadar

The longer I live in Montenegro the more I come to the conclusion that it's the most beautiful land in Europe. Lake Skadar is another jewel of Montenegro, however, the eastern part is located in Albania. It's the largest Lake in Southern Europe, approx. 44 km long. It's one of the largest bird reserves in Europe, having 270 bird species, among which are some of the last pelicans in Europe.
