The photo above (my own photo) shows a sulfur-yellow tinder fungus, also called "Forest chicken" (Latin name Laetiporus sulphureus). This mushroom is worth knowing by sight, because it is called so for a reason: indeed, it is a very tasty forest meat, which resembles chicken when frying. Last year, I accidentally found his deposit in the yard next to me, but it was too late to collect, the mushroom becomes harsh over time, as always in such cases it is recommended to take young specimens. But I remembered the place, and waited for what would appear there ... but I was out of luck. This year, it was the first to be discovered by someone else, and it would be okay to collect it ... they just tore it off, trampled on it and threw it in the same place. Well, people! ...
На фото выше (фото моё собственное) изображен Трутовик серно-желтый, также именуемый "Лесная курятина" (латинское имя Laetiporus sulphureus). Этот гриб стоит знать в лицо, ибо называется он так не зря: действительно - очень вкусное лесное мясо, которое при жарке напоминает куриное. В прошлом году случайно нашел в соседнем со мной дворе его месторождение, но собирать было поздно, гриб со временем становится жестковат, как всегда в подобных случаях рекомендовано брать молодые экземпляры. Но место я запомнил, и ждал что там появится ... но мне не повезло. В этом году его первым обнаружил кто-то другой, причем ладно бы собрали ... просто оторвали, потоптались на нем ногами и бросили там же. Ну, люди!...
