Apparently they hibernate so check him properly if he ever appears dead, though I don’t think you’ll have that problem as you seem to keep a comfortable temperature in your home.

I’d tend to agree with one of the previous commenters, the cage seems a bit small? But I can’t see the hamster very well for comparison. He’s an adorable little critter, hope you have fun with him 😄
