thanks @sisterholics. There were not directly filters applied but it was worked on in lightroom because when you shoot with the ND filter on your lens you get a blue tint and also some vignetting. Also i then corrected the histogram, pushed the darks a bit and sharpened it. So this is no straight out of cam but also not just putting some filters on it.
