This beetle is often enemies by farmers because they are considered pest of pest that can damage the leaf tip of rice plants. Although this beetle is considered a pest he still looks beautiful because it has an orange color combined with black.

At the head of this beetle have two antennas that serve to detect enemies who come naturally, the antenna in his head also serves to detect the green leaves as food.
