First Fashion Figure Illustration Attempt๐๐๐
Today for the first time I try to draw a fashion figure for fashion designing. This is the first step in fashion design sketching which I start today.
I will be completing this sketch step by step. I try to draw most simplest figure so anyone can make it easily and pull out their Pen and Pencil to draw this basic body shape of fashion design.
I donโt stress my self to make perfect figure but trying to draw over and over again. Time is most important thing in sketching, Before I shared this figure with you I try to draw this body figure 4 or 5 times. Iโm not perfect in drawing but practice can make anyone perfect.
So, right now Iโm focusing on fashion illustration and giving time to this. This would definitely give me some confidence to make my own designs. https://m.youtube.com/ is the best place where you can learn whatever you want to.
If you have any tips to share about fashion sketches please feel free to share with me, I will be glad to use those tips in my learning process.
Thank you and lots of love!
Hi Shanu, we've all started with picking up the pencil and try. When I make a fashion sketch I divide the paper into 15 squares (from top to bottom, like a lined paper) the first 2 lines will be just for the head. Till line 5 is the torso. At line 7 is the crotch. Around line 10 should be the knee. The foot is drawn between line 13 and 14. As you can see the legs are (anatomically incorrect) but for the eye very pleasing, especially important with fashion drawings! Let me know if you need any other tips, and keep practising!
Hi @traveleranna, thank you so much for your tips. These are really helpful, Iโm gonna draw the way you have suggested...and thank you for pointing out mistakes which I have done in my sketch. Iโm going to post another sketch please do visit and give some tips there too. I appreciate your effort to make me understand some simple techniques. Follow you! Stay blessed!
No problem! looking forward to seeing your next work! Let me know when you've posted it!
Yeah sure @traveleranna, would let you know whenever I post. Thanks a lot for great support dear, your tips are so useful and Iโm gonna apply those in my sketches. Happy to have friend like you.๐ You will get my support too to grow on this amazing platform. Take care and be blessed!
Welcome back to #ccc for Guaranteed ๐ Daily Income ๐ต and Payout ๐ธ for Newbies ๐ ๐ ๐ in #ccc ๐ฃ and Follow ๐ฃ the Honor Code ๐ - the Creed (Conditions and Limits Inside)
Great post!
I'll upvote when my SP is recharged.
A reminder to all readers -
The creed requires:
Also, although not stated, this is a community and we should curate and interact with other posts in #ccc.
Thank you!
All the best!
Another recommendation is successful...Just for information....She is on of my first friend here and she was about to quit and requested to hang on and few others like @freedomshift and @cicisaja is already there to motivate..
That's very nice of you @angelro, glad that you encouraged her to stay.. now we have another good friend in the circle
More than me she must be more happy to hear this..She is like a friend who I left while in pre KG in steemit..hehe...
But I promised there are so many good people to support you and both of you were in my mind...I dont know much much about she really need a helping hand I am happy now...
BTW, where is the book launch...what type of books...
@shanu need to speak up about this, @angelro ...
Yeah @freedomshift, Iโm very thankful to @angelro for suggesting me #ccc, and I see the members of #ccc are very friendly and supportive. Iโm very happy that I have also become part of this this family. All thanks to @angelro. We both are good friends like @anglore said in a comment. Stay blessed dear!
Great!
@shanu - that is what I needed to see to enable me to send the referral bonus to @angelro and to you!
I'll send it momentarily. All the best!
BTW, why do I insist this (for you to thank someone, @angelro in this instance) explicitly?
It is to foster a good habit of giving credit to whom it is due. I hope it make sense.
Oh! Wow! So happy for my 0.100 SBD and ofcourse for @anglero too. Thanks a lot @freedomshift for giving bonus to both of us. You are a amazing man. Thank you so much for your huge support once again. Be blessed always and have a great day ahead!
yes, the unwritten benefits of #ccc is that we form our own circles when we visit and engage with each other although our votes are of not a lot of value at the moment - we can chat and encourage each other to hang in and hang on.
That is one of my intention for spreading the news, I believe quality is better than quantity as there is no use of so many followers who doesnt even once visit our posts or any of our pages. So atleast here it looks like we are developing a bond by sharing and caring. And @freedomshift, @cicisaja and dipo are real motivation as of now and I sincerely hope we can continue this journey together to achieve higher heights and also help as much as people that we can.
And honestly, I didnt get what you meant by this...
Hope you are taking things lightly...I just mentioned casually to enlighten all those concerned with using CCC
I was encouraging her to speak up, and especially to give credit or thanks to others who have helped her. Most of us do not do enough of this.
Most people are more inclined to speak up to complain but not to credit others - e.g., thank those who upvote you without leaving a comment.
Oh.. I got it, happy to lear it why you mentioned like that..
But you nailed it in the second part, With much regret I have to admit that I am in that category. May be I was not aware about that courtsey comment to be done or I ignored it. May be because grown up without a mentor.
thank you for pointing out. Will do corrective action
@angelro - reading your comments, and also comments from @cicisaja - you are both great at commenting and engaging on other people's posts.
To state the obvious, and what you both know, while your SP is low and do not give much value, comments that are sincere, compliments, and of substance are your most powerful tools and not your upvotes.
You both know it and are great examples.
I am just bringing it out by stating that others should learn from you both without reference to anyone.
my point is also to suggest that when our SP is low, and votes don't give much, if anything, we need to comment and thank and compliment others besides helping ...
Yeah @cicisaja, Iโm happy to have friend like who have supported me in my bad time. I will always be thankful to you @traveleranaa, @freedomshift and ofcourse @angelro. Many many thanks to all of guys! Iโm always there to support too whenever you guys need me. Stay blessed my #ccc members. Thanks for making me part of it.๐
Hahaha you should edit @traveleranna name now.. sje's so nice and I think she will treat us another Pho story
I saw that and I responded with that @shanu - you need to declare it - that it was @angelro's referral ... (paraphrasing here) and also, she needs to add 200+ words to the other post before I would upvote to give her post a payout.
I know that it is disappointing to have no value for your posts. My posts are not getting votes, let alone a payout, in the beginning, and for weeks ...
That was, in turn, my motivation to start #ccc.
ok, I got it, your dedication to this platform really deserves a clap and it makes a good feel to bump on you peoples through which there is more purpose and determination in my journey here.
200 words are least minimum that any one should include in their post to prove their worth in each post. I used to write few worthy lines even with some photography related contests to make sure there is something to look forward in the posts.
Thank you. Have a nice day
Dear @shanu, thank you for sharing this with us. But May I suggest that you can add the final result with colouring one? And I think photography is not the right tag to add for this kind of post.. you can add art or creative instead.
Thank you for using the #ccc and keep up the good work, hope that you'll succeed with the fashion design.
Hi @cicisaja, nice to meet you and happy to get some great tips from you.
I would post colour sketch too but Iโm trying to get friendly with pencil first then would go for color for sure.
You are right I should have tagged the sketch in art craft and creative. Thank you for suggesting these tages and thank you for appreciating my work...
I follow you. Take care and stay blessedโ
Nice to meet you too @shanu, I like to see more of your sketches. I shared something I knew from others, and I don't want to see you make a mistake like i used to do. Will be happy to support you too, friends always tell the truth...and will remain friend no matter how busy they are, right?
Have a blessed day..
Hey! @cicisaja, I appreciate your support, Iโm definitely going to post more sketches and please do point out my mistakes whenever I do, I will be very happy to correct myself. You are right, true friends always tell truth and correct each otherโs mistakes. Thank you for your forever support, Iโm lucky to have friend like you. Love you!
You can count on me @shanu. I like your spirit! I won't judge your sketches...because I'mnot curator or art criticist..but I will add my comment and cheer you up too, Insyaa Allah๐
Thank you @cicisaja... appreciate that. Be blessed!
Oh...See what a change happned to you and especially in the pages..See some awesome reply from our lovely @cicisaja Maam and the inventor of the CCC tag. And soon may join other fellows too and your sure with one steemien for sure almost..that is the better half of Cici maam. And you know they are comment factories specialized in commenting and I am really surprised how seriously they are approaching each and every post they are selecting and commenting..
And back to your blog, it is one of the best thing that you can do as fashion is your niche..Try to find some people in steemit and who have the same interest like you and interact, even if they wont reply initially and if they looks like worth keep on try..finally they will notice...
Thanks and stay blessed...and Keep connected..
Itโs all because of you @angelro, now I have more lovely friends from #ccc... Iโm very thankful to you dear, you had great suggestions on right time, I was very upset, this gave me another hope to stay on steemit once again.
Im happy that you liked my post, Iโm going to post more sketches which Iโm working on. Iโm not feeling well because of cool weather here, I got cough and cold. I will try to connect more people here on steemit who share same interest. Thank you so much @anglore for your big support and ecouragement. Take care and have a happy day!๐
Its nice to hear like that, Every one have good and bad days. For months my posts were having zero vistor, zero comments and zero dollars but some how I persisted and how it is far far away from where I was few months back.
you too have some thing with you that most others doesnt have which you could well specialize in. And in between sm can also participate in some contest just for fun and engage yourself here.
Haave a nice day and hope you are feeling better now.
I remember that you also had bad days but now you are doing great on steemit. You got what you were looking for. Keep doing it @angelro.
I know my niche and Iโm on it. Trying to do something different in fashion too thatโs why I go out of ideas. Anyway Iโm getting well now. Hopefully post soon. Thank you for your support @angelro. I appreciate it much, take care๐
HI @angelro did you send me SBD?
yes, because @freedomshift gave 0.250 SBD to me since you joined and became an active member in #ccc. So I thought to share with you....Take it as another good approach of being with some nice and good people (hehe..I am not referring about me)...
Oh! Thank you so much... so nice of you ๐ Iโm happy happy ๐
Ok...when free check my latest post and there is contest..try to participate...
@shanu - you have received great suggestions from @traveleranna, @cicisaja, and last but certainly not the least, @angelro.
Thank you all!
Here is my suggestion to all:
Ask great questions in your posts!
So, why not turn those thoughts into great questions?
I am sure that we all have more questions than answers. Make lists:
