Is that not clever idea to attract tourists and do everything so that they tell other people and may be come back. I love such clever town councils and initiative people. Initially I thought it was a street fest. Sometimes some streest are closed and celebrating fests with a lot of benches, food, music so it was almost like that. But that is really good idea.
