The Malvaceae family of flowering plants includes the genus Hibiscus.
They are admired for their enormous, vividly colored blossoms, which come in a variety of red, orange, yellow, and pink tones. They are endemic to tropical areas.
Hibiscus blooms are frequently used in herbal teas and conventional treatments.
On Haiti's flag, you may see the hibiscus flower, another national emblem.
