Photo session on a Train
As a Model and a budding photographer who was interested solely in Fashion photography, searching for an amazing scene, backdrop, or location was key on my list. I constantly was on the search for an amazing location for my next shoot. Wanting each scene to be different than the last. Hence the idea of a shoot by a train sounded pretty amazing! The lines and dark contrast of the train brought interesting compositions in these images. I love the black and white images as you get a a nice contrast of beauty and masculinity mixed in one. I love interesting unique locations with interesting architectural lines... and the train brought a lot of character in the images. The shadows and specks of light coming through the train add a different mood in each image.
There are three parts to this post, images with the train, images in the studio, and the final with portrait images..
It was at this time I finally found a solid photographer to photograph me in this specific shoot and all my other future modeling creative shoots. Someone very unexpected..my mother... She started learning photography and took classes, and offered to take my shots. We worked incredibly well together. She let me take charge, direct, create the vision, set the scene, and we created magic together. To this day she still photographs all my shoots... She understands my vision and we have both blossomed as amazing photographers eventually running a business together and capturing weddings together... It has been a great journey working with her and continue to work with her to create incredible images. Because of her I was able to model and create the images I dreamed of doing....pieces of art...each unique...
These last set of images were shot in my studio. I loved the flow of this dress and wanted to create images which emphasized movement in the dress.
Finished this session with some beautiful portraits taken with one light....
