Its understandable you are upset and rightly so, i dont see any logic on why he picked you for a downvote, if it was me I would be so tempted to leave a comment on his latest post asking him or her to explain why
His last post is months ago, but I transfered 0.001 Steem to him with that question as memo. Maybe he replies somehow ;)
I hope that he does, I generally will always eave a comment if I do a down vote I haven’t done many by I feel ts only fair to let the person know why
If I should ever decide to downvote somebody's post, then I have to have a real reason and of course, I will tell my reason for the downvote in a comment.
