25 – 31 March 2026
A total of 14,632 rental transactions were registered during the final week of March 2026, with a combined value of AED 17,219,838,795 (USD 4,688,222,000).
Activity was concentrated in residential leasing, with renewed contracts accounting for the majority of transaction volume, while new contracts represented the larger share of total value.

A total of 147 other localities recorded activity during the week, with a combined value of AED 2,278,027,091 (USD 620,208,871). Among the next highest by value were Al Thanyah Fifth, Business Bay, and Um Suqaim Second.
Conclusion
The rental registry for the week shows a clear concentration in residential leasing, both in volume and value. Renewals accounted for most transactions, while new contracts carried the larger share of total value.
Non free hold properties represented the majority of total registered value, with unit transactions forming the dominant segment across all property types.
