Market Review: Steady Activity and Diversified Capital Flow
The market on October 29th generated AED 1.96 Billion in total sales across 576 transactions. The day showed a much healthier balance across asset types compared to the previous day's land-focused mega-deals:
- Land is Still Strong: Land transactions remained highly relevant, contributing AED 782.82 Million. However, Units (apartments, etc.) were the top contributor in count and very competitive in value at AED 824.08 Million, showing a diversified market focus.
- Ready vs. Off-Plan: The market slightly favored Ready properties in value (AED 1.13 Billion) versus Off-Plan (AED 828.78 Million), continuing the trend of strong demand for immediate occupancy or registrable assets.
- Geographic Leaders: Nad Al Shiba First led the value rankings, primarily driven by high-value land deals. Meanwhile, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Dubai Investment Park Second were neck-and-neck as the clear leaders in transaction volume.
