The rental market saw its busiest day of the period, with over 4,300 contracts generating AED 1.29 billion in value. Renewals dominated, accounting for nearly 65% of the total value. A remarkable surge in high-value hotel apartment and commercial leases, particularly in Hor Al Anz East and Dubai Investment Park Second, drove the day's total. This indicates significant long-term commercial and hospitality sector activity alongside steady residential demand.
