Rental activity remained robust with over 3,200 contracts generating AED 1.22 billion. Renewals regained their dominant position, accounting for over 63% of the total value after yesterday's surge in new leases. The market saw a massive concentration of high-value staff accommodation contracts in Al Warsan Third, which alone made up nearly 31% of the day's entire rental value, indicating major corporate leasing activity for employee housing. This trend highlights the ongoing demand from businesses securing long-term accommodation for their workforce.
