Summary
Renewed contracts exceeded new agreements in both count and total value. Residential usage accounted for the majority of transactions, while commercial assets represented a smaller but notable share.
Unit-type properties dominated activity, with labor camps and offices contributing the largest portions of value within that category. Villas and virtual units each recorded 229 transactions, with differing value distributions across their respective subtypes.
