Dubai Real Estate Rental Transaction Report

Dubai’s rental registry recorded 3,239 transactions with a total value of AED 705,390,500 (USD 192,073,656).
New contracts accounted for 1,410 transactions, while 1,829 were renewals. Non Free Hold registrations exceeded Free Hold in volume, while commercial usage led in total value.

Outside the top ten, 131 other localities recorded activity with a combined value of AED 283,106,548 (USD 77,090,326). The next highest areas include Mankhool, Al Goze Third, and Palm Jumeirah.
Conclusion
The registry for 03 April 2026 shows higher volume in renewed contracts, while new contracts contributed more to total value. Non Free Hold properties accounted for the larger share of transactions.
Units remained the dominant property type by volume and value, with flats, offices, and shops forming the core of activity.
