Outside the top 10, 76 other localities recorded activity with a combined value of AED 24,852,815. The next highest areas include Rega Al Buteen, Ras Al Khor Industrial Third, and Naif.


Renewals accounted for the larger share of transaction volume, while new contracts carried higher aggregate value. Residential use dominated transaction count, whereas commercial leases represented a significant portion of total value. Free Hold properties led both in volume and value.

Units remained the primary asset class, driven largely by flat transactions. Villa and virtual unit segments recorded comparatively lower volumes, with a single high-value shop transaction contributing notably within the virtual unit category.
