The remaining activity was distributed across 133 other localities, with a combined value of AED 324,505,662. Among the next highest contributors were Al Warsan First, Al Merkadh, and Me'Aisem First.
Renewals continued to dominate transaction volume, while new contracts carried the larger share of capital deployment. Free Hold properties accounted for the majority of value, and commercial usage remained the primary value driver despite residential transactions leading in count.
At the property level, Virtual Unit transactions—primarily offices—accounted for the largest portion of total value. Within the Unit category, flats and labor camps represented the bulk of activity by volume. Al Safouh Second recorded the highest single-day value concentration, followed by Al Goze Industrial Second and Dubai Investment Park First.
