A total of 3,429 rental transactions were registered in Dubai on 11 March 2026, with a combined value of AED 664,026,914. Activity was recorded across new and renewed contracts, spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and specialized property categories.

Lease contracts were also recorded in 162 other active localities totaling AED 320,962,678, including areas such as Palm Jumeirah, Al Safouh Second, Al Khairan First, Al Warsan First, and Nadd Hessa.


Conclusion

Dubai’s rental registry recorded 3,429 transactions valued at AED 664.0 million on 11 March 2026. Renewed contracts slightly exceeded new registrations, while Free Hold and Non Free Hold properties recorded comparable activity levels.

Transaction value was concentrated in a limited number of localities, with the top ten areas accounting for a significant share of daily rental value, while the remaining 162 active localities represented the broader distribution of leasing activity across the city.
