The Dubai real estate rental market registered 3,767 lease transactions on 12 March 2026 with a combined value of AED 5,973,844,650. Activity covered residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and other property categories across both Free Hold and Non Free Hold areas.

Lease contracts were also recorded in 162 other active localities totaling AED 400,081,554, including areas such as Palm Jumeirah, Dubai International Airport, Marsa Dubai, Al Hebiah First, and Al Mararr.
Conclusion
Dubai’s rental registry for 12 March 2026 recorded 3,767 lease transactions totaling AED 5.97 billion. New contracts accounted for the majority of transaction value, while renewals represented a larger share of transaction count. Residential properties dominated activity with 2,820 transactions valued at AED 5.49 billion, and flats accounted for the largest share of unit-level activity.
Lease registrations were distributed across 172 localities, with the highest transaction value recorded in Al Jadaf, followed by Dubai Investment Park First and Al Hamriya. Additional leasing activity was observed across 162 other localities throughout the emirate.
