Conclusion
Renewed contracts accounted for the larger share of transaction volume, while new contracts represented the higher aggregate value. Residential usage dominated by transaction count, with commercial activity contributing a substantial share of total value.
Unit-based rentals accounted for the majority of registered value, followed by villa and virtual unit classifications. Non Free Hold properties recorded a higher total value than Free Hold properties over the period.
