Market Review
During 15–16 February 2026, Dubai recorded 5,327 registered rental transactions with a total contractual value of AED 2,222,990,771. Lease activity included new and renewed contracts, covering free hold and non-free hold properties, across residential, commercial, industrial, and other specified usage classifications.

Lease contracts were registered across 127 other localities, with a combined value of AED 430,857,644, including activity in localities such as Al Safouh Second, Al Thanyah Fifth, Nadd Hessa, Al Goze Third, and Al Wasl.
Conclusion
Rental activity was distributed across land, unit, villa, and virtual unit categories and recorded across more than one hundred localities within Dubai, reflecting the full scope of registered leasing activity during the reporting period.
