Rental activity was solid with nearly 3,800 contracts signed, generating a total value of AED 792 million. New leases significantly outpaced renewals in both number and total value, a shift from recent trends. Business Bay and Dubai Investment Park Second led the market, driven by strong commercial and office leasing activity. Residential contracts continued to dominate the volume, though commercial leases captured nearly 40% of the total value.
