On Friday, 27 February 2026, Dubai recorded 3,341 real estate rental transactions with a total registered value of AED 543,666,402. The dataset covers new and renewed lease contracts across freehold and non-freehold properties, spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and other usage categories.

Rental contracts were also registered across 131 other active localities, accounting for the remaining transaction value outside the top ten. These included areas such as Al Murqabat, Al Thanyah Third, Al Goze Industrial First, Al Barsha South Fourth, and Al Barsha First.


Conclusion
The Dubai rental market registered AED 543,666,402 in lease transactions on 27 February 2026 across 3,341 contracts. Activity spanned new and renewed leases, multiple ownership structures, and a wide range of property types, with rental value concentrated in a limited number of high-value localities while transaction volume remained broadly distributed.
