08 – 10 March 2026

Between 08 and 10 March 2026, Dubai's rental market registered 8,443 lease transactions with a combined value of AED 5,960,053,081. Renewed contracts represented the majority of activity by volume, while new contracts accounted for the larger share of transaction value.

Residential usage dominated the rental market during the period, with unit-type properties accounting for the majority of lease registrations. Transaction values were heavily concentrated in a limited number of industrial and mixed-use localities, with the ten highest-value areas representing the majority of total lease value recorded.

Rental transactions were also recorded in 162 other active localities totaling AED 834,208,632, in areas including Naif, Shandagha, Al Thanyah Fifth, Dubai Investment Park Second, and AL QUSAIS.

During the three-day period from 08 to 10 March 2026, Dubai’s rental market recorded 8,443 lease transactions totaling AED 5.96 billion. Renewed contracts represented the majority of transactions by volume, while new contracts accounted for the larger share of transaction value.

Unit-type properties dominated leasing activity, particularly flats and labor camps, while transaction value was heavily concentrated within a limited number of industrial and mixed-use localities, led by Jabal Ali Industrial First and Oud Metha.
