This high-volume day, equivalent to approximately USD 1.26 billion, highlights sustained investor confidence and diverse activity spanning residential, commercial, off-plan, and ready properties.
The market's composition shows a clear preference for freehold areas and residential usage, though substantial single-asset commercial deals contributed notably to the total value. The transaction breakdown reveals a healthy balance between off-plan sales volume and ready property capital weight.
