During the period from 08 to 09 February 2026, Dubai recorded 793 real estate sales transactions with a total registered value of AED 2,956,650,677. Transactions were recorded across multiple sales types, property statuses, ownership structures, usage classifications, asset categories, and localities, as reflected in the registry data below.

Conclusion
Sales transactions recorded during 08–09 February 2026 were distributed across residential, commercial, land, and built property types, with activity registered under both freehold and non-freehold ownership structures. Transactions were recorded in ready and off-plan properties across multiple usage classifications.
Geographically, transaction values were concentrated among a limited number of high-value localities, alongside a wide base of other active areas. The registry data reflects market activity across a broad range of property categories and locations during the reporting period.
