Market Overview

Dubai recorded 809 registered real estate sales transactions over the first two days of February 2026, with a combined value of AED 2.55 billion. Residential assets dominated transaction volume, while land and villa sales accounted for a substantial share of total value. Freehold ownership represented the majority of registered deals.
