The remaining 118 areas recorded 815 transactions worth a combined 1,946,585,612 AED (530 Million USD). Active markets included Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai Marina, Dubai South, and Al Furjan.

Insight: Bukadra jumped to the top of the list due to a cluster of very high-value transactions, likely including the major sports club land sale. Business Bay maintained a strong second place with high-volume, high-value activity. The list shows a healthy mix of emerging areas, established master communities, and prime urban districts.
