The market delivered another strong performance, crossing AED 3.7 billion in sales. Commercial land deals continued to drive a significant portion of the total value. While Palm Jumeirah led again, we saw a notable surge in activity in City of Arabia and Dubai Maritime City, both breaking into the top three. Off-plan transactions outnumbered ready properties, but ready units captured more total capital, showing sustained demand across both segments.
