A total of 1,064 real estate sales transactions were registered in Dubai on 19 February 2026, with a combined value of AED 3,843,539,170. Activity covered sales, mortgage, and gift transactions across ready and off-plan properties, with registrations spanning residential and commercial uses.
Transactions were recorded across freehold and non-freehold ownership structures, covering buildings, land, and unit properties. Sales were registered across a wide range of localities, reflecting broad geographic distribution of activity on the day.
