On 26 February 2026, the Dubai Land Registry recorded 1,056 real estate sale transactions with a total value of AED 6,369,088,675. The dataset reflects activity across multiple transaction types, property statuses, ownership structures, usage classifications, property types, and localities. All figures below are reported exactly as registered.

Transactions were also recorded across 104 additional active localities, totaling AED 2,384,034,630, including activity in areas such as Madinat Al Mataar, Me'Aisem Second, MEYDAN ONE, Dubai Marina, and Al Barari.


Conclusion

The Dubai real estate market recorded AED 6.37 billion in registered sales on 26 February 2026 across 1,056 transactions. Land transactions represented the highest value segment at AED 4.25 billion, including a single Mortgage transaction for Ready Freehold Commercial Land in Marsa Dubai valued at AED 1.75 billion. Activity was concentrated in a limited number of high-value localities, while transaction volume remained broadly distributed across residential unit sales.
