On Friday, 26 February 2026, Dubai recorded 1,263 real estate sales transactions with a total registered value of AED 4,341,478,040. Transactions covered sales, mortgage registrations, and gifts, spanning off-plan and ready properties across freehold and non-freehold ownership classifications.

Sales transactions were also recorded across over 90 other active localities, accounting for the remaining transaction value outside the top ten. These included areas such as Madinat Al Mataar, Palm Deira, Dubai Industrial City, Al Hebiah Fourth, and Dubai Marina.
Conclusion:
The Dubai real estate sales market on 26 February 2026 registered AED 4.34 billion across 1,263 transactions. Activity was concentrated in sales transfers and ready properties, with freehold assets accounting for the majority of transaction value. Land and unit transactions formed the core of registered activity, while transaction values were led by BUSINESS PARK and Me'Aisem Second among individual localities.
