The final week of 2025 saw Dubai’s real estate market maintain its momentum, with transaction values reaching AED 5.51 billion. The day’s activity reflects sustained investor confidence across both off-plan and ready property segments, though the volume leaned heavily toward off-plan units. Residential transactions dominated by volume, while commercial sales, though fewer in number, contributed significantly to total value. Freehold properties continued to attract the majority of investments, and mortgage activity remained robust, signaling healthy liquidity in the market. Locality-wise, Majan led in transaction volume, while high-value deals in areas like Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid and Business Bay underscored the premium segment’s appeal. Overall, the market closed the year on a strong note, with diversified interest across property types and price points.
