Market Review
Dubai recorded 1,266 real estate sales transactions on 04 February 2026, amounting to AED 3,887,730,691. Activity was concentrated in residential properties by volume, while land and commercial assets accounted for a substantial share of total value. Freehold properties continued to dominate transactions across all categories.
Off-plan properties led in transaction count, while ready properties recorded a higher total value, indicating continued activity in both the primary and secondary markets.
