Dubai recorded 1,200 real estate sales transactions on 05 February 2026, with a total transaction value of AED 4,967,057,389. Transactions were distributed across off-plan and ready properties, with residential assets accounting for the majority of transaction volume and commercial assets contributing a substantial share of total value.
Activity was recorded across a wide range of property types and localities, including large-scale land transactions and high-value unit sales, alongside sustained volume in residential apartment transactions.
