Conclusion
Sales activity on 1 April was distributed across 886 transactions, with standard sales accounting for the majority of volume. Gifts contributed a significant share of total value despite limited transaction count.
Residential assets dominated transaction volume, while commercial assets accounted for a substantial portion of value. Land transactions, particularly within the commercial segment, represented a large share of the day’s turnover.
