A total of 892 real estate transactions were registered on Friday, 03 April 2026, with a combined value of AED 3,406,530,896. Sales transactions accounted for the majority of activity, while mortgages and gifts represented a smaller share of the registry.
Ready property transactions generated AED 2,412,748,997, exceeding off-plan activity at AED 993,781,899. Free Hold ownership remained the dominant structure across registrations.
