On Tuesday, 17 March 2026, a total of 993 real estate transactions were registered in Dubai, with a combined value of AED 3,311,321,755. Activity was concentrated in direct sales, which accounted for the majority of both volume and value, while mortgage and gift transactions formed a smaller share of the market.
Across property characteristics, residential usage and freehold ownership dominated registrations. The value split between ready and off-plan properties remained relatively balanced, with completed assets holding a slight lead.

A further 106 localities recorded activity, with a combined transaction value of AED 1,722,988,327. Notable activity outside the top tier included Dubai Land Residence Complex, Trade Center First, and Al Hebiah Fifth.
Sales transactions formed the core of daily activity, both in volume and capital movement. Residential properties accounted for the majority of registrations, while freehold ownership remained the prevailing structure across transactions.
Units—particularly flats—represented the highest transaction count within property types. Land transactions, although fewer, contributed a significant share of total value, reflecting the scale of individual deals within that segment.
