Dubai recorded 1,152 real estate sales transactions with a total value of AED 3,190,715,669. Sales transactions accounted for the majority of activity, while mortgage and gift transfers represented a smaller share.
Off-plan properties led both in volume and value. Residential usage remained the primary driver of transactions, and freehold ownership continued to dominate registrations.

A further 103 localities recorded activity, with a combined transaction value of AED 1,946,885,793. Notable activity outside the top tier included Dubai Land Residence Complex, Wadi Al Safa 4, and Madinat Dubai Almelaheyah.
Sales transactions accounted for the bulk of recorded activity. Residential properties continued to dominate both volume and value, while off-plan assets exceeded ready properties across both measures.
Units—particularly flats—made up the largest share of transactions. Land and building segments contributed materially to total value, reflecting the size of individual deals within those categories.
