Dubai recorded 256 real estate sales transactions on Thursday, 19 March 2026, with a total value of AED 547,865,336. Activity was concentrated in direct sales, while mortgages and gifts accounted for a limited share of the overall volume.
Off-plan properties dominated both transaction count and value. Free hold ownership represented nearly the entire market, and residential assets accounted for the majority of registered sales.

A total of 42 other active localities recorded transactions, with a combined value of AED 200,630,200. Notable activity beyond the top tier included BUSINESS BAY, TECOM SITE A, and Madinat Al Mataar.
Sales transactions were led by off-plan properties, which accounted for the majority of both volume and value. Direct sales dominated the transaction mix, while mortgage activity remained limited in comparison.
The unit segment represented the largest share of transactions, driven primarily by flats. The building category consisted entirely of villas, while land transactions were distributed across commercial, residential, and general use classifications.
