22 – 28 March 2026
A total of 4,408 real estate transactions were registered during the week, with a combined value of AED 14,377,726,613. Sales transactions accounted for the majority of activity, while mortgage and gift transfers represented a smaller share of the total.
Off-plan transactions led in volume, while ready properties accounted for the higher aggregate value. Residential assets dominated transaction count, with commercial assets contributing a smaller number of deals but a significant share of value.
