A total of 930 sales transactions were registered, with a combined value of 2,743,539,610 AED. Sales transactions accounted for the majority of activity, while mortgage-related transactions contributed a notable share of total value.
Off-plan properties led transaction volume and value, with activity largely concentrated in free hold ownership structures and residential usage.

Sales transactions accounted for most of the recorded value, while off-plan properties led both volume and total consideration. Residential assets remained the primary driver of overall activity.
Land transactions contributed a substantial share of value, particularly across commercial and residential designations, while flats dominated transaction counts within the unit category. Activity was concentrated in a limited number of high-value localities, with the top ten accounting for a significant portion of the day’s total.
