28 – 30 March 2026
A total of 762 real estate transactions were registered over the three-day period, with a combined value of AED 2,271,228,045. Activity was distributed across sales, mortgage, and gift transfers, with standard sales accounting for the majority of both volume and value.
Transaction flow shows a near balance between ready and off-plan properties, while residential assets continue to dominate overall market activity. Freehold ownership represents the overwhelming share of recorded transactions.
