A total of 758 real estate transactions were registered in Dubai on 06 March 2026 with a combined value of AED 2,560,827,945. Activity included sales, mortgages, and gift transfers across residential and commercial properties. Transactions were recorded across both Off-Plan and Ready properties and across freehold and non-freehold ownership structures.

Conclusion
Dubai’s real estate registry recorded 758 transactions valued at AED 2.56 billion on 06 March 2026. The transactions covered a mix of contract types, property ownership structures, and property uses, with both Off-Plan and Ready properties represented in the registrations.
Activity was distributed across multiple property types including buildings, land plots, and units, while transactions were registered across more than one hundred localities throughout the emirate.
