Conclusion
Dubai’s real estate registry recorded 1,012 sales-related transactions valued at AED 4.24 billion on 12 March 2026. Direct property sales represented the majority of activity, followed by mortgage registrations and a smaller number of gift transfers.
Transaction value was concentrated in a limited number of locations, with the top ten localities accounting for a substantial portion of daily sales value, while the remaining 107 active localities represented broader market distribution across the emirate.
