The market activity on 13 March 2026 reflects balanced participation between off-plan and ready property transactions, each registering 421 deals. However, ready properties accounted for the larger share of total value.
Ownership structure remained predominantly Free Hold, representing 809 of the 842 registrations. Residential property transactions also dominated activity, with 808 residential registrations compared to 34 commercial transactions.
