What has to happen for you to take ACTION?

I see so many great posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Inspiring quotes, famous people giving “have no fear” speeches and we all know it is the TRUTH, but knowing it is not enough. You have to be willing to take action, make changes, implement practices that will support the direction in which you want to go.
I know for me, I was sick and tired of hearing the same old story come out of my mouth. It nauseated me to the point that I was willing and determined to do something about it and I did. I got divorced, lost 75 lbs and started a new career. YES!!
